Commissions:       DIRECT BETWEEN SELLER AND INTERMEDIARIES 10$ PER MT MAXIMUM – 5$ PER SIDE
Delivery:                  Sold as TTO or Vessel to Vessel Transfer in Asian port of CIF China.
Payment:                 MT103 or TT WIRE - transferable SBLC as payment guarantee.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION
Price on the D2 is USD $850/MT net, with 500,000 MT minimum purchase order, sold as TTO or Vessel to Vessel Transfer in Cebu Philippines or CIF China.
Delivery to most Asian ports after agreement with charter Management Company. The Supplier is a fully funded allocation holder- we are allocation holders who post
their SBLCs at the refineries for lifting of fuel ahead of receiving a Buyer’s LC hence title holders and owners of the fuel. Buyers, who register with an ICPO with a confirmable capability letter, will receive confirmation of full proof of product in Supplier's name sent by bank undertaking (Swift MT799). Buyers must provide an IRDLC or a SBLC.

PRE-CONTRACT PROCEDURES

a. NCNDA/IMFPA to include intermediaries’ and buyers’ details signed and stamped;
b. Buyer’s Company Profile to be forwarded with LOI from buyer confirming acceptance of terms and procedures in this Document/offer and including “statement” of verifiable banking capability (not POF) to perform. When all the above is completed & ready, buyer and seller are placed directly together to conclude the purchase.

 

CONTRACT
The short version of the Buyer-friendly procedures is:

 

For counterparties using Prime USA Banks, Certified Couriers can be accepted in lieu of SWIFT.

1. ICPO with verifiable banking capability (not POF) to perform from Buyer to the Seller.
2. Contracts are sent.
3. Buyer’s bank send Swift MT799 RWA/BCL to post non-operative IRDLC, or SBLC, to Seller for amount of purchase. Bank-to-Bank call can be initiated by Buyer’s Banker.
4. Seller’s bank sends full POP in Seller’s name.
5. Buyer’s bank sends Swift non-operative DLC, or SBLC (As Buyer receives complete refinery, fuel and shipping documents in Supplier’s name, we expect our Buyers to be the originators of their LCs- (Third party LCs that have been previously transferred are not accepted.)
6. Seller posts 2% performance bond to activate.
7. Seller's vessel then sails from Vladivostok for 20 to 25 days to Cebu Philippines for TTO or Vessel to Vessel delivery to Buyer.
8. Buyer does ATB for SGS for verification with super cargo.
9. Upon authentication payment against POP documents.
10. Title and CP transfers with payment and Buyer sails cargo to delivery port.

Upon Supplier’s Group/Seller’s approval of Buyer, Term Sheet and supporting documentation shall be provided. Subject to Buyer approval, in order to begin, confirmation of ability to perform by completing, executing and returning the Order Documents will be required.
